ACM SERMAK' ın açık kasalı mermer katrak makinesi 800 mm'lik strok boyu ile dünyadaki tek açık kasalı mermer katrak makinesidir. Özellikle moloz, küçük blok ve çatlaklı bloklarda en yükseķ seviyede katrak verimliliği sağlamaktadır. 50 Lama, açık kasa sisteminde yapılan bir makinedir, özel kafesli gövde tasarımı ile yüksek gerilme kuvvetlerine dayanabilir. Gövde üzerindeki kesim arabasının hareket ettiği kızaklar sertleştirilmiş V prizma şeklinde yapılmıştır ve gövdeye cıvatalı olarak bağlanır. 50 Lama değişik kesim kalınlıklarının ayarlanmasında ve çatlaklı, şekilsiz blokların kesiminde kullanımı son derece pratik bir makinedir. Makine 4 adet bronz kızak üzerinde bir yağ banyosu içerisinde çalışır, bu yüzeyler aşınmaya dayanıklı pik döküm ve bronzdan yapılır. Bıçak kasası özel bir redüktör yardımı ve kolonlara yerleştirilmiş vidalar sayesinde tahrik edilir, kesim hızı elektronik frekans invertör sistemiyle ayarlanır. Makine elektronik PLC kontrol sistemi ile kontrol edilir.

This multi-sample collector is suitable for use in confined spaces and can be safely used in processes with high sampling frequency. Product Features: Suitable for high-flow systems, can be adapted to large diameter lines (DN100-DN1000 or more), has a mud-resistant inner surface, adjustable timer, and the cutting gap can be determined based on simulation results. Advantages: High representativeness with frequent sampling, compact and robust construction, easy installation and access, provision of custom designs, and proven performance. Primary and Secondary Samplers: The primary section is made of carbon steel and coated with rubber or ceramic. lt controls the cutting movement with dual proximity sensors. The secondary section has 2 or 4 radial cutters with pre-defined widths and safely provides the division of the primary sample. Washing can be automatically performed with a special nozzle system.

Reservoir samplers are fully enclosed 360° rotating sampling devices. Depending on application, the sampling device may include a single cutte, or multiple cutters. The cutter or cutters rotate at a constant and balanced speed in the falling material or slurry flow, collecting samples from the materials passing through the feed inlet on the machine. As the material passing through the cutter enters a separate sampling container, the material/slurry that does not enter the cutter flows directly downwards and continues within the main line. These sampling devices can be manufactured from carbon or stainless steel and can be coated with various coating materials depending on application requirements or customer demands. Optional special coating materials are also available for increased wear resistance.
