Konek's manufacturing line adopted latest technology with its Japanese, German, Italian and Taiwanese origin machines. Quality control is done with the latest technology precision machines in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Koneks is able to produce pistons up to 160 mm diameter for automotive industry and 400 mm diameters for marine, locomotive and stationary engine types. Today, Koneks manufactures 2000 different pistons and 1800 different liners in well equipped facilities. Karva Thermoform Plastic Cooling and Construction Co. Ltd., has been established in 2014 and it's located in a 17, 500 m2 (12, 000 m2 indoor) area in a new facility in Organized Industrial Area with 30 years of experience in thermoforming plastic fields, and this made us one of the biggest companies in this field in Turkey. Karva has a 40mt/day capacity to produce HIGH GLOSS ACRYLIC, ABS, ABS-PMMA, PE, PS, HIPS sheets and produce the following products: •PLASTIC EXTRUSION SHEET •THERMOFORMING PRODUCTS •REFRIGERATOR COMPONENTS •BATHTUBS, SHOWER TRAYS •MEDICAL PLASTIC EQUIPMENTS •HIGH GLOSS FURNITURE EQUIPMENTS There are 12 pcs thermoforming machines whose production capability between 1500 mm*2500 mm sizes. Karva has PLASTIC EXTRUSION SHEETS and PLASTIC THERMOFORMING PRODUCTS, as capacity reached 800 mt/month in 2019. Plastic finished and semi-finished parts are produced for the household goods, automotive, advertising, furniture, medical, bathroom, HVAC sectors using the thermoforming method. Karva is also a manufacturer of ABS&PMMA bathtub and shower trays with a 40mt/day capacity. Karva has %95 market share of thermoforming parts for Turkish Hospital Equipment manufacturers and produce plastic bed heads and guardrails.Also, produce Furniture Equipments like HIGH GLOSS kitchen cabinets.We are the biggest cooling supplier of Turkey, producing refrigerator parts.Karva has ISO 9001: 2015 and TSE13559 standards
