We brought a new vision into the textile industry with our recycle mentality without chemical processes. Most of our products are recycled from unused fabric wastes which are collected from textile producers of worlds famous brands. This production surplus comes to us as fibers or as fabric pieces. These products are seperated by quality and assembled in our factory. As a result of this process we produce our yarns. Our company processes about 6.500.000 kg of textile waste into specific type of yarns per year. By producing our Recycled yarns, we contribute to the protection of our world resources and the environment, because we make it possible to reuse waste materials. There is no chemical dyeing process applied in the production of our yarns and no water is used during production. Therefore, approximately 52.000.000 tons of water is saved annually. In 2012, in addition to the denim and non-denim group, with the Enzim Jeans brand, it has become an indispensable part of the Men's Clothing sector by including the manufacture of Men's Chinos. Karadeniz Brode Interior Fittings Textile Import-Export Co., Ltd; Our company, a well-established family company, started its activity in 1986 as Karadeniz Food Co. Ltd. In 1996, we entered the textile sector with the production of brode in a small workshop. We have four 21 yards, three 15 yards and three 10 yards saurer brode machine in our company. Punch and design office is present within the company and have got over the 3500 original design. In 2001, Karadeniz Brode built a cocoon yarn facility and started to manufacturing yarn which stuck under the fabric during machine sewing. We manufacture cocoon yarn and quilted yarn with a capacity of 20 tons per month with 150 machines in cocoon yarn facility. The production area of the Karadeniz Brode varies according to the needs and demands of the sector and the customers. Our company which keeps customer satisfaction, quality and trust principle ahead of all everything, is one of the leading brands that catch the successful profile in the sector. We provide wedding dress, underwear, outerwear, ready-made clothing, home furnishing and home textiles to our customers with fast and high-quality production. In 2010, our company focused on branding and new product development by starting to produce custom designed tablecloth sets and bedspread sets called Ciderella Home Collection.
