1995 yılında inşaatına başlanan Nipaş Tekstil San. Tic. A.Ş. 1997 yılında 860 rotor kapasiteli open-end iplik üretmiyle faaliyete geçmiştir. Kaliteden asla taviz vermeyerek büyüme sürecine giren firmamız, 2002 yılında yeni yatırımıyla kapasitesini 1427 rotora çıkarmıştır. 2003 yılında sektörün ihtiyaçlarına paralel olarak, var olan tesisin komple yenilenerek teknolojide modernizasyona gidilmiş ve 4 adet 1200 rotorluk open-end makinesi tesise kazandırılmıştır. Daha sonra; müşteri memnuniyeti ve AR-GE çalışmalarına verilen önemin daha da artmasıyla, 2006 yılında 3 adet 960 rotorluk open-end makinesi yatırımı gerçekleştirdik. Ardından, bir yıl gibi kısa bir sürede ayrı bir lokasyon olan Kahramanmaraş Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde, 2200 rotor kapasiteli yeni bir tesisi tamamladık ve faaliyete geçirdik. 2010 yılında tesisimizin kapasitesi 4040 rotor sayısına tamamlanmıştır. 2013 yılında Osmaniye Organize Sanayi Bölgesine 6160 rotorluk yeni bir yatırım gerçekleştirdik. Bulunduğumuz sektörde üretim, kalite ve güven anlayışımızla Türkiye’nin önde gelen üretim tesislerinden birisiyiz. Üretim tesisimizde, NE08-NE60 arası günde; 18 ton renkli melanj, 32 ton %100 pamuk open-end ve 45 ton %100 pamuk ring compact üretiyoruz. NE16-NE80 arası; ring penye ve kardenin yanı sıra tüm ring compact iplik çeşitlerimizi, yalın veya yüzdeli karışım olarak üretimimiz ve stoklarımız her zaman mevcuttur.
