Ozceylanlar A.S. began its commercial activities in 1974 to manufacture spare parts intended for automotive industry. Since 1985 our company has focused on hydraulics industry-related products. Today, In its modern facilities equipped with the state of latest technology machine park located in K.O.S Area Industrial Zone within 10.000 m² covered 50.000 m² opened area it manufactures following parts: • Hydraulic Cylinders, • Telescopic cylinders, • Piston pumps, • Gear pumps, • Hydraulic valves, • Hydraulic Kits, • Hydraulic spare parts, Ozceylanlar A.S. has the annual manufacturing capacity to produce 20.000 hydraulic cylinders, 25.000 hydraulic pumps and 20.000 hydraulic spare parts. Our Company exporting 80% of its production mainly Middle East and Eu countries as well as 40 countries. All functional finishes, hard chrome plating, assembly and test operations are completely carried out in Özceylanlar A.Ş. facilities and other parts and processes such as casting, forging, heat process, sealing and fittings are supplied from sub-industry firms whichs are producing in accordance with ISO/TSE 16949 procedures. Our company commiting to develop custom solutions toward customers needs also being supported by Turkish Scientific and Technical Researches Institution (TÜBİTAK) as it pays attention to R&D studies. Concering this issue , Our labours are sustained in cooperation with the relevant universities.

CEYLAN MINERAL MINING

Ceylan Mineral Mining Company was founded with the aim of unearthing our world’s underground wealth, contributing to both regional and national economy, and being a company that creates sustainable value from the stage of production stage to the final consumer. Our Gypsum Mine which is in preparatory stage for extraction and our coal mines extending over an area of 1.850 hectares are located in Çankırı province, whereas our marble mine extending over an area of 400 hectares is located within the borders of Ankara province. While we continue exploration of gypsum, marble and coal at our licensed sites, our flagship mineral Sodium Bentonite is extracted from our 4.000 hectare mines and processed at our own factory equipped with high technology. Built on 50.000 m² parcel with a closed area of 7.000 m² in Çankırı Yakınkent Organized Industrial Zone, located at a distance of about 75 Km from Ankara, our factory processes sodium bentonites which we offer to consumers as a finished product and to industries as an intermediate product. In addition to our Sodium Bentonite Toi Moi & Kityus brand cat litters, we can also produce private label products with desired specifications and provide intermediate and finished products in Big Bags.
