Our company has the capacity to produce more than 9, 000 tons of Aluminium profiles annually in T0, T4, T5 and T6 heat treatment processes in various alloys with 1100 USTons (5 '') and 2000 USTons (7 '') extrusion press lines. In our anodizing facility, with a capacity of 4, 000, 000 m² / year, matte, glossy and satin coating can be carried out up to 7.5 meters in length. With our Tin Sulphate and Nickel Sulphate baths, the demands of tinting from very light bronze to black are met. Our electrostatic powder coating facility provides service with a capacity of 4, 000 tons / year in all RAL codes and architectural serial paints. Our powder coating facility is designed to be completely isolated from external environment effects, and the production is carried out with a fully automatic process controlled cabin system. The 3 and 4 axis CNC profile machining centers, CNC angled double head and precision cutting saws, process-specific machine lines within our facility can perform the mechanical processes required by our customers with care and speed.

We are able to perform blanking operations up to 25 mm thickness for all kinds of raw materials, by using 2 units of 4500W CNC Laser Blanking machine and CNC Punch Blanking machine. We are able to form blanked sheets up to 3 m. width without die production by using 3 Bending Machines. We have quality systems that ISO 9001: 2015.
