Şirketimiz temelleri resmi olarak 1974 Yılında Karadeniz Ereğli'de atılmıştır. Ailemiz bünyesinde 50 yılı aşkın süredir sektörde faaliyetler sürdürülmektedir. Ticari faaliyetimize Zonguldak Ereğli ilçesi Pazaryerinde, aktar dükkanı olarak başlanmıştır. 1999 Yılında AK Ticaret unvanı ile şirket büyütülerek, yüksek oranda satışını yaptığı ürünlerde müşteri memnuniyeti ve güven sağlamış, VHP Markasını Türkiye ve Dünyaya tanıtmaya başlamıştır. Geçmişten günümüze çalışma disiplininden ödün vermeden, ürün temininden, üretime, paketlemeden dağıtıma her noktada müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutarak faaliyetimiz sürdürülmektedir. Ayrıca Lokman Efendi, VA Cosmetics, Çerez Borsası, ve Bitkim Kafe Franchise markalarımızdır. Binlerce çeşit ürünü Anadolunun her bir noktasına 9 şube, internet sitesi ve 12 Franchise ile güvenle ulaştırmaktadır. Ak Baharat; bünyesine İnşaat, Otomotiv, Gayrimenkul, Medya ve Kuyumculuk sektörlerinde alarak Şirketler Grubu haline gelmiş ve faaliyetlerini VHP Group çatısı altında birleştirmiştir. Bugün itibari ile ticari faaliyetlerini Karadeniz Ereğli merkez olmak üzere İstanbul, Sakarya, Düzce ve Zonguldak'ta franchise olarak sürdürmektedir. Firmamız ağırlıklı olarak kendi ürettiği ürünlerin toptan ve perakende ticaretini yapmaktadır.
