Alumet Alüminyum Ltd. Sti, bünyesinde bulunan iki adet 690 UST ekstrüzyon pres ile yıllık 2.400 Ton’ luk üretim kapasitesine sahiptir.Ekstrüzyon hattımızda kullanılan alüminyum billetler birincil hammadde olup, üretimimizde EN AW-6XXX homojenize alüminyum hammadde kullanılmaktadır.Yine kendi bünyemizdeki termik fırınıyla istenilen sertlikte profil üretimi yapılmaktadır.Müşteri odaklı çalışmayı prensip kabul eden Alumet Alüminyum gerektiğinde özel boylarda ve istenilen sertlik değerlerinde üretim yaparak hizmet vermektedir .Mekanik işlem bölümümüzde hassas boy kesme, yarı otomatik / otomatik eksantrik pres ekipmanlarımızla delme, havşa açma, punch delik işlerimleri müşterilerimizin istediği standartlarda titizlikle yapılmaktadır. Yüzey işlem olarak 6 metre uzunlundaki yüksek teknolojili eloksal banyolarımızla müşterilerinden gelen talepler doğrultusunda mat eloksallı, polisajlı eloksallı ve kimyasal eloksallı (parlak) yüzey işlemlerinin yanı sıra sarı, bronz, titan gibi renkli eloksal yüzey işlemleri yapmaktayız.Laboratuar ortamında günlük banyo analizleri ve katkıları yapılarak renk farklılıklarını minimuma indirmek için titizlikle çalışıyoruz.

K.E.T. Rubber Extrusion Technology was founded in 2002 by Mr. Enver Ceylan in Istanbul, Turkey.K.E.T. started its business life to provide research and development and consultancy to the companies which produce rubber and plastic edge protectors and sealing profiles.K.E.T. provided research and development support to many of the rubber and plastic companies between 2002 and 2007. K.E.T. was moved to Duzce, Turkey in 2007.Using experience gained in the sealing industry, in an attempt to eliminate disadvantages of metal-insert sealing profiles in the industry, K.E.T. developed an innovative sealing profile support material made from polyoxymethylene (POM), as a result of one year research and development efforts.K.E.T. has brought an innovative product to the sealing profile industry by covering this POM substrate with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) and Ethylene Propylene (EPDM).
