We are a bespoke machine manufacturer, working with mostly automotive and die casting industry and we have design, manufacturing, electrical and automation stuff working for our projects. We are also working as contract manufactacturer for European companies. We build their machines in Turkey and send Europe and our customers deliver machines to their customers. This includes commissioning by us at end customer location as well. HOT SKILLS: Design We have a team of engineers who are able to design 3d machines and components. We can generate manufacturing drawings for laser cutting, milling, turning, CNC operations etc. Mechanical We have workshop staff for machining, welding, and assembly of the machines. Most of the requirements below are done regularly in our workshop. Machining •Milling, turning, CNC machining in house •Hardening / Tempering ==> Outsourced, we have good partners in our area for these processes Sheet Metal •Laser cutting and bending==> Outsourced, we have good partners in our area for these processes Welding •TIG welding, MAG welding and all types of welding methods are done inhouse. Mounting, Adjusting •We are specialized at custom-made machine manufacturing therefore mounting and adjusting is what we do all the time. Electrical We have electrical technician for electrical cabinet building and e-plan drawing. Alugen aluminium is founded in April 2011 by professionals who has experiences over 10 years in the sector. Following establishment, invested in a land covering 31.500 m2 at European Free Zone / Türkiye and laid the foundations of his future plans. Has been a pioneer to the sector with the distinction of being the first aluminium production plant which is located at Free Zones and exporting its total capacity. Began the construction of the factory in order to start up the first phase of the investment as fast as possible and the first indoor area of 3500 m2 become fully available in February 2012. Has started up the Machining unit in June 2011 by renting a building at European Free Zone while his own factory was under construction. Also served his customers for industrial deliveries by following the productions through subcontractors within the same period . Started up his first extrusion line which is a 1100 U.S. Ton press having 400 Tons/Month production capacity in June 2012.
