Some details PRODUCTION Our annual capacity is about 2.5 Million pcs (non Denim), and production lead time is 5-7 weeks and also with the possibility for 3-4 weeks for repeat orders. We operate with an in house cutting department and the main production is taking place in our JV facility located near Istanbul. We are producing bathrobes, towel, cuddle and dry, bed linens, baby apparel products. Our field of operating weaving, cutting, sewing, quality controls, finishing, packaging 8000 sqm closed area. 6 terry looms(dobby), 4 terry jacquard weawing machines, 7 knit(flush terry) machine, 70 sewing machines, Needle control machine, CAD-CAM system, Automatic fabric laying system, automatic long side sewing machine for towel. Our production capacity 100.000 bathrobes ; 20 tons towel/monthly.
