Nismia Brand is a special design, designed and organized by Öykü Akıl, and our other brand partnerships are chosen to reflect the fashion line and lifestyle of this collection. We make the production by trustful and qualified subcontracters that we audit regularly. CAPACITY Our capacity is 20000 product per month. 10 employees are working for operation. Pattern room, showroom, logistic and storage are within our own structure. VISION We strive to provide a service that will be a whole with our vision of global chief service with our vision for the future. MISSION To satisfy our valued customers with our modern, value-added design, total quality production and reliable logistics service. Our brand, which serves under the Özgür Akıl company based in Istanbul, continues its sales through domestic and international wholesale / export networks and online marketplaces. Our program goal for the next 5 years is to create local marketing and online sales networks in certain overseas location regions. As a result, it is to turn our current locally operating brand into a global brand.

My commercial life started in 2013 in the shoe industry in two stores in the Fatsa district of Ordu. In order to take part in the global world's network, I decided to start internet-based trade with the shoe industry I am in. After learning a small part of the network in this field, with the pandemic. I saw that now everything is online and a new trading approach will come to more advanced levels. I predicted that this business would grow even more with the 0.99 cent guitar ring I bought from Texas, USA during my university years. Now, I decided to adapt every sector to the global world network and enter the world commercial life. In order to enter the world market, I decided to export first. I started preparations to sell the cat litter product, which is an important branch of the pet industry, produced from clay mines, where there are rich mineral deposits in the region where I live. I was sure that opening up to the global world would open other doors for me. That's why I decided to establish the PRUVASYA group of companies. First, I started with cat litter and progressed with my own brands in the hazelnut, coffee, etc. sectors. My aim is to provide a bridge service between all manufacturers and export and import companies worldwide. . After establishing my own network, my goal is to establish marketing companies in different cities and different countries through this network and deliver it from the final producer to the end user.

Our company ÜçTeks Fashion Fabric has been established in 2017 in Istanbul with the purpose of domestic and global marketing and sales of high quality poly viscose fabrics wowen by our manufacturing company located in Bursa since 1998. Üçteks is strengthening its market position continuously through its up-to-date machinery, high quality raw materials and wide product range. Our company answers to the increasing worldwide demand for poly viscose fabric with its niche ability to supply even smaller quantities such as 300 meters per order and up to 720.000 meters yearly production capacity. All our poly viscose fabrics are wool finished and they can be easily and rapidly manifactured with the use of warping and jacquard machines. Our team of expert designers are capable of designing up to 20 to 30 different new and creative patterns daily in order to meet the demands of our clients. Since its establishment, our company Üçteks is serving numerous domestic corporate clients and thanks to the high quality products and service it’s widening its clientele. With the goal of penetrating international markets Üçteks has established its export and global business development departement in the second half of 2018.
