Antalya'da birçok konut ve işyeri projesini başarı ile tamamlamış kalitesinden ve çizgisinden ödün vermeyerek kısa sürede sektörde hak ettiği noktaya gelmiştir. İnşaat malzemeleri sektördeki tecrübesinden ve profesyonel çalışma ruhunun getirdiği idarecilik anlayışı ile kısa sürede marka olma yolunda hedefe doğru koşmaya başladı.Doğru yapılan İşletme ve Arge yatırımlarının yanı sıra Başergün Boya ve Kimya İnşaat San. Tic. A.Ş. 2011 yılında 2 önemli yatırım kararı aldı ve uygulamaya geçti. Bu yatırım kararı ile mevcut Boya fabrikası alanındaki kapalı yerini büyüterek 9.500 m2'ye çıkarmış ve bu alan artışına EPS üretim tesisi kurulmuş ve Antalya Organize Sanayi bölgesinde 3. Kısım'da yeni bir yer alarak buraya 4.000 m2 kapalı alan üzerine tam otomatik Yapı Kimyasalları tesisi faaliyete geçirildi.• EPS Polistiren üretim tesisi (faaliyet Şubat 2012)• Yapı kimyasalları üretim tesisi (faaliyet Nisan 2012 )2016 yılı Haziran ayında Antalya Organize Sanayi Bölgesi 3. Kısım'daki 31.000 m2 alan üzerinde kurulu olan Yapı Kimyasalları tesisimizin yanına Boya ve EPS tesislerini de getirerek 22.000 m2 kapalı alan üzerine bu üç tesisimiz bir araya getirdik ve idari binamızı da bu alana taşıdık.Boya üretiminde 2016 yılında tam otomasyon yeni makineler alarak boya üretimine de dünya standartlarını yakalayarak sektörde ki ilk tercih edilen firmalardan olmayı başarmıştır

Annually, Seba Textile supply 20.000 tons of Pressed Cotton and 25.000 tons of Spinning Waste and besides the local customers, Seba Textile has customers from China, Russia, Germany, Italy and France. The company meets the demand of its customers by importing cotton from countries such as South Africa, West Africa, Greece, Australia, and India, especially the USA. Seba Textile can also offer BCI, CMIA, Organic, Greencard certified products to its customers according to their needs. Seba Textile aims to provide a cleaner environment and more sustainable resources to future generations by acting with a zero-waste principle in its operations. In addition, it has documented its corporate responsibility towards the environment and people with recycling and sustainability certificates. Seba Textile co-operated with yarn production facilities on environmental sustainability in 2007 and succeeded in re-integrating the wastes that occur in the cleaning and spinning processes into production. With this move, Seba Tekstil laid the foundations of the "Zero Waste" campaign in the industry.
