Founded in 1993 in Istanbul, AFS BICAK VE KALIP SANAYI DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI produces stainless steel knives, cutting tips and grinding parts for meat grinders, salami slicers and doner kebab cutting machines used in the food industry, especially for small electrical household appliances such as food processors, blenders and mixers. AFS, which made its first export in 2002, now exports a significant part of its production to Europe. AFS produces stainless steel knives for different types of food processing machines, from food processors to meat grinders. AFS knife, which includes Electro-Polishing and Heat Treatment operations, continues its production in its own 3600 m2 closed area. Our knife production line includes presses, heat treatment, grinding, sharpening, electro-polishing, washing and quality control units. Heat-treatment is carried out in line with the hardness and structural requirements of our customers. Our company has ISO 9001: 2015 quality certificate and in this context, all our processes are kept under control with work instructions and procedures. During and at the end of production, the products are approved after being checked and tested with high-tech test devices in our quality control laboratories.
