Bitüm 60/70 ve 80/100 yol yapımı için asfalt ve izolasyon kapalı ve sürekli ısıtılıp basınç uygulanarak ve vakumlanarak üretilir. Bu üretim çok daha az zaman almasının yanında yüksek kalitede ürün vererek sonuçlanır. APP membranı ilk olarak 1967'de İtalya'da Romolo Gorgato tarafından not edildi ve 1970'lerin ortalarında Hollanda ve Büyük Britanya'da kullanılabilir hale geldi. Bitüm 115/15 , 110 ve 120 derecede yumuşaması ve penetrasyonun ise 5 ve 10 milimetre seviyesine göre ayarlandığı oksitlenmiş kalitedeki bir üründür. Gilsonit, doğal asfalttır ve ABD’de ilk kez Gilson tarafından bulunan ve daha sonra Gilsonit olarak adlandırılan doğal mineral bitümdür. Hidrojen ve karbonun yanı sıra birçok element içeren parlak kırılgan kaya formudur. Endonezya, Irak, Hırvatistan, Kolombiya, Çin ve Türkiye gibi diğer ülkelerde de mevcuttur CMC Karboksimetil selüloz suda çözülebilen bir selüloz türevidir. Bir avuç Karboksimetil selüloz bir kova suyu bal kıvamına getirebilir bu özelliği sayesinde birçok sektörde kıvam artırıcı hammadde olarak kullanılır. Çok az bir miktarda Karboksimetil Selüloz bile yüksek düzeylerde su kaybını kontrol edebilir. Ticari değerini arttıran özellikleri şöyle sıralanabilir; PAC Polianyonik Selüloz belirgin olarak yüksek viskozite ve düşük viskozite özellikleri ile yüksek saflık özelliğine sahip selüloz türevi bir eterdir.Soğuk ve sıcak suda kolayca çözülebilen PAC Polianyonik Selüloz doğada bulunan selüloz türevi kimyasallardan farkı vardır.

STANDART Insulation and Building Materials Inc. has been established in İstanbul-Silivri, 2001 to manufacture polymer bitumen based waterproofing membranes, bitumen based roof membranes with its quality understanding. We have started producing Shingle with APP additive by the brand name of Simshingle. We have also developed and launched 5 types of innovative bituminous membranes. These were the products which were previously unknown in the market and patented by Standart Insulation. In 2011, We have entered into the synthetic membrane market with our new brand Simplan. We have a 3.000.000 m2 capacity factory producing products such as PVC, TPO, HDPE, LDPE, ECB. We give importance to products and production quality. Our products have the quality certifications for TSE, CE, DIN, Broof, etc. Besides, Standart Insulation inc. pays attention to service, establishment, and work standards with ISO 9001-2000 quality management system. In the domestic market it as our principal to sell the products through distributer companies and dealers. We also have brances in Aegean , Mediterranean, Eastern Anatolian(Adana), Central Anatolian(Ankara) regions. We export to numerous companies in four continents. We are competitive in the market by being up-to-date with the developments in the world. We hope to keep our current success in the export market and enter into different markets throughout the world.
