Orsan OPS was established in 1977 to produce spare parts for sewing machines. We produce our sewing machines and spare parts from the best quality materials, with the most qualified workforce, using the latest technology CAD CAM programs, on advanced CNC machines. While we monitor our production with modern ERP systems, we carry out our production within precise tolerances with advanced quality control devices, taking into account the working style and critical points of the parts. Our half-century of experience and understanding of quality has been registered with the AS9100 quality certificate. While we produce parts for sectors that require high precision, such as the aviation and defense industry, we reflect the same understanding on our own machines. Our edge is our interaction with our customers. We can produce solutions by combining their ideas and suggestions with the data of our R&D department. Our machines are exported to more than 30 countries on four continents.
