Medicavet Türkiye’de, Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığı’ndan GMP (İyi İmalat Uygulamaları ) belgesini alan ilk veteriner ilaç firmasıdır.2003 yılında hayvan sağlığı ürünlerini üretmek amacıyla % 100 yerli sermaye ile kurulan Medicavet’in portfoyünde GMP standartlarında ürettiği ilaçların yanısıra dezenfektan ve yem katkı ürünleri de bulunmaktadır. Ürün skalası kanatlı, balık, büyükbaş, küçükbaş ve at gibi hayvanları kapsamaktadır.Medicavet, konusunda uzman veteriner hekim, doktor, kimyager, kimya mühendisi, biyolog, su ürünleri mühendisi, ziraat mühendisi, endüstri mühendisi ve işletmeci personellerinden oluşan toplam 50 kişi ile hizmet vermektedir.
