Yüksel Seramik has been founded in February 1997 on a covered area of 35.000 square meters extending over a 130.000 square meters open field with a capacity of 3.500.000 sqm/year as an affiliated company of Mutluhan Holding which is serving in ceramic production sector.Factory founded with Italian technology and as of 2008 increased its capacity and investments and reached to 250.000 sqm open and 50.000 sqm closed area. Yuksel Seramik comprises 5 plants and produces in 5 different lines that consist of wall tiles, floor tiles, porcelain tiles and full body granite tiles. Also has third firing line in order to produce listellos and decorative products “Lappato” polishing line, 3D pattern alternatived “Digital Print” and Color Body Technologies, swimming pool ceramics, rectifying, water jet, mosaic, trim and skirting production lines has been added to Yüksel Seramik’s structure and the production capacity reached to 12.500.000 sqm/year.Yuksel Seramik’s target is to present its clients in

We have a 3-axis vertical machining center with a processing table size of 600x1200 in our company. As per our policy, our company's primary goal is not just to process parts. Our main objective is to accurately assess and evaluate the parts received from our partners using the right tools, processes, and cam processing techniques, ensuring that we meet our partners' requirements within the desired tolerances. In line with this mission, we shape our investments accordingly. We progress step by step in terms of technology and machining processes. First, we invested in the right machine, followed by a hydraulic press for precise part processing. Recognizing the importance of time in life, we have also decided to use SolidCAM iMachining in the cam field. Through the right approach, cutting speeds, and feed rates, we reduce the processing time of our parts without compromising accuracy. To perform hole threading operations on our parts, we have a drilling machine, and most importantly, we have added a servo motor-guided thread cutting machine to our facilities to minimize the risk of guide breakage during external pulling. We continuously monitor the quality of our parts by using digital measuring instruments to ensure precise measurements. Of course, as we are always open to improvement, our future investment plans also include CMM measurement devices, which we expect to join our family soon.
