Thanks to Specialized human resources and technological production sources, it is leading corporation among flywheel manufactuters in markets. Even though sector has a narrow design area, it is the only corporation to have 5 pcs industrial design and to produce 17 pcs patented products for a warrant period of 5 years under TÜV-CERT EN ISO 9001: 2000 quality assurance. Our plant is able to do Zamak 5 formulation made of ingot zinc (Zn) that is resolved in the purest way. By virtue of the moulds created within frame of our designs, metal injection may be shaped. Precision finishing operation may be carried out with polishing and lustring machines brought from Germany. Also galvano-plating can be done by using top-quality chemical brands of marketplace. Thus, protective thicknesses are formed, which may be granted with 5 year guarantee. ORJIN AUTOMOTIVE

Having been established in 1999, Orjin Automotive continues its production and sales operations in its factory with a closed area of 15.000 m2 equipped with state of the art technology located in the city of Bursa- the heart of the automotive industry. With over 250 employees, Orjin manufactures and assembles over 7.000 different types of ball joints, tie rod ends, axial joints, stabilizer links and suspension arms for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Orjin Automotive, designs and manufactures on its own the molds of its suspension arm production and implements 15 new molds each year, all being manufactured using advanced technology CNC vertical machining centers and equipment. Prioritizing a quality approach and customer expectations, the company implements averagely new products each year. The bodies are processed in the latest generation CNC controlled turning lathes. Orjin Automotive, is certified under ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949 quality management systems and so, the products are precisely assembled in our assembly lines and further, are made ready for packing upon final control. In our assembly lines, we assemble ball joints, tie rod ends, axial joints, stabilizer links and suspension arms per week. Around 5.000 different types of products are ready for sales in Orjin Automotive’s warehouse and all products are traced under a barcode system.

These were the products which were previously unknown in the market and patented by Standart Insulation. In 2011, We have entered into the synthetic membrane market with our new brand Simplan. We have a 3.000.000 m2 capacity factory producing products such as PVC, TPO, HDPE, LDPE, ECB. We give importance to products and production quality. Our products have the quality certifications for TSE, CE, DIN, Broof, etc. Besides, Standart Insulation inc. pays attention to service, establishment, and work standards with ISO 9001-2000 quality management system. In the domestic market it as our principal to sell the products through distributer companies and dealers. We also have brances in Aegean , Mediterranean, Eastern Anatolian(Adana), Central Anatolian(Ankara) regions. We export to numerous companies in four continents.
