CIKOLATA, BISKUVI VE KEK URETIMINDE KULLANILAN MAKINALARIN IMALATI

Şirketimiz 1996 yılında kuruldu. Merkezi İstanbul / Türkiye’de bulunan şirketimiz 1200m² kapalı alanda 20 uzman personeli ve CAD destekli imalatı ile birçok şirkete çikolata, bisküvi ve kek makinaları tasarladı ve üretti. Bizler AkayGAM olarak çikolata makinesi, bisküvi ve kek imalatında kullanılan hazırlama ve şekillendirme makinesi geliştirir ve üretiriz. Ürünlerimizde kaliteli malzemeler ve güncel teknolojileri kullanırız. Zor şartlara dayanıklı ürünler üretiriz. Öncelikle ürünlerimizi katı modelleme yazılımı yardımı ile tasarlarız. Üretim parçalarının imalat zorluklarını, parça kesişimlerini ve montaj sırasında karşılaşabileceğimiz zorlukları inceleriz. İnceleme işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra gerekli düzeltmeleri yapar ve makinada bulunan bütün parçaların kodları ve diğer özellikleri ile birlikte (CAD yazılımının sunduğu BOM listesi) excel ortamına aktarırız. Excel’de geliştirdiğimiz script sayesinde bütün parçaları otomatik olarak belli gruplara ayırır ve sıralarız. Parçalar bir makinada genelde 4 ana gruba ayrılır; bunlar standart parçalar, sac parçaları, tesisat/şase parçaları (boru, profil, HVAC, PPRC vb.) ve üretim parçaları. Satınalma işlemlerimizi kolaylaştırmak ve herhangi bir yanlışlığı engellemek için gruplama ile birlikte script sayesinde belli kriterlere göre sıralarız, bu kriterler sac kalınlığına göre olabileceği gibi tedarikçi ismine göre de olabilir.

Die production is realised in every stage by experienced masters using data and darwings procured by method section. Our assembly section includes 2 separate teams which consist of experienced staffs. Die produced in die shop are tried and spotted in our press line to prepare serial production condition.ROLLMASTER designs , assemblies and produces to rollforming machines in own plant area. Additionally other abilities are; mould design, rollform revisions, profile production, replacement parts service and customer service network.
