Mer Kuru Gıda, 2020 yılında meyve ve sebze cenneti olan İzmir’de kurulmuştur. Aile işletmesi olan Mer Kuru Gıda, meyve ve sebzeleri sezonunda kurutarak bu ürünlerin her sezon tüketilebilecek hale gelmesini hedeflemiş ve bu doğrultuda hijyen ve kalite standartlarını kendine ilke edinmiştir. Çevre dostu ve verimlilik esaslarına dayalı olarak kurulan tesisimiz, 400 metrekare (Tamamı yönetmeliğe uygun şekilde epoksi kaplama) üretim alanıyla her türlü meyve ve sebzeyi hijyen ve kalite standartları doğrultusunda işleyip kurutup paketleyebilecek entegre bir tesistir ve ürün türüne göre günlük 2 ton yaş ürün kurutma kapasitesine sahiptir.
