Necdet Küçükbay, the founder of our company, started his business life in 1965 by selling detergents, soaps and oils in Kırkağaç and during this time he gained the identity of a manufacturer by producing detergents in his small workshop. After moving all its investments to İzmir in 1974, OKŞAR brand was acquired in 1975, and after this year, he continued his detergent and soap production for many years. In 1997, all of its production lines were moved to Çiğli AOSB, our facility took its current form with the title of Necdet Küçükbay Yağ ve Sabun San. Tic. A.Ş. and started the vegetable oil production process. Our refinery facility was renovated in 2010 and has been adapted to the current production model. Our company currently continues its activities in the vegetable oil production sector with Necdet Can Küçükbay, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, who took over the management of the company. Our factory, located in İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, has a closed area of 10000m2 on a land of 15000m2. Our modern and latest technology vegetable oil production (refining) facility serves our customers with a daily processing capacity of 150 tons.

Ayrıca firmaların kendi bünyesinde yer alan ürünlerin sayımı-tanımı ve takibi için her türlü demirbaş etiket imalatı yapılmaktadır.İzmir Etiket olarak başladığımız yolumuza Demirören Etiket ünvan değişikliği ile 2022 yılında hizmetlerimize devam edeceğiz. Sürekli yatırım programımız sayesinde birçok yenilikçi ürün sunabiliyoruz. Demirören Etiket bünyesine kattığımız makinalarımız ile seri numaralı ya da barkodlu metal etiket imalatı yapabiliyoruz. Ayrıca hem kullandığımız malzemelerin eloksallı alüminyum ya da krom olması hem de serigraf baskı ya da lazer markalama sistemleri ile üretim yapmamız etiketlerin çok daha uzun ömürlü ve kaliteli olmasını sağlamaktadır.

Your product or project is carried out through computer assisted software (by using programs such as TracePro, OSLO, RayViz) through optical engineering studies. At the same time, the opto-mechanical design of a system (SolidWorks, Catia, Autocad etc.) is completed and the production is made ready in our company. The design can be analyzed and harmonized with other applications such as Optis, Speos, Zemax, Lighttools. With optimization, accurate geometry, light distribution, light intensity settings, homogeneous distribution of light, summarized light properties are analyzed. Beam tracking and beam analysis are performed. It is possible to design original lighting tools not only for ready-made models but also for a newly created object. For example, a model drawn in SolidWorks can be analyzed in terms of radiation and illumination in our company. Technical support is provided by experts such as physicists and physics engineers.
