We are a bespoke machine manufacturer, working with mostly automotive and die casting industry and we have design, manufacturing, electrical and automation stuff working for our projects. We are also working as contract manufactacturer for European companies. We build their machines in Turkey and send Europe and our customers deliver machines to their customers. This includes commissioning by us at end customer location as well. HOT SKILLS: Design We have a team of engineers who are able to design 3d machines and components. We can generate manufacturing drawings for laser cutting, milling, turning, CNC operations etc. Mechanical We have workshop staff for machining, welding, and assembly of the machines. Most of the requirements below are done regularly in our workshop. Machining •Milling, turning, CNC machining in house •Hardening / Tempering ==> Outsourced, we have good partners in our area for these processes Sheet Metal •Laser cutting and bending==> Outsourced, we have good partners in our area for these processes Welding •TIG welding, MAG welding and all types of welding methods are done inhouse. Mounting, Adjusting •We are specialized at custom-made machine manufacturing therefore mounting and adjusting is what we do all the time. Electrical We have electrical technician for electrical cabinet building and e-plan drawing. Necdet Küçükbay, the founder of our company, started his business life in 1965 by selling detergents, soaps and oils in Kırkağaç and during this time he gained the identity of a manufacturer by producing detergents in his small workshop. After moving all its investments to İzmir in 1974, OKŞAR brand was acquired in 1975, and after this year, he continued his detergent and soap production for many years. In 1997, all of its production lines were moved to Çiğli AOSB, our facility took its current form with the title of Necdet Küçükbay Yağ ve Sabun San. Tic. A.Ş. and started the vegetable oil production process. Our refinery facility was renovated in 2010 and has been adapted to the current production model. Our company currently continues its activities in the vegetable oil production sector with Necdet Can Küçükbay, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, who took over the management of the company. Our factory, located in İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, has a closed area of 10000m2 on a land of 15000m2. Our modern and latest technology vegetable oil production (refining) facility serves our customers with a daily processing capacity of 150 tons.

Mark Material Textile and Chemical Ltd is family-run company that born from the experience of second generation has been linked to the world of home textiles and its fashion. We have come a long way since 1985, when honorary founder started out as a small family business in a workshop making terry towels and bathrobes. Our second generation have gained experience in procurement management and marketing fields in a specific chemical industry, and this led us to activate in chemicals by adding speciality chemicals into our business field as well. Since passing over 25 years, our size may have changed, but one underlying idea has stayed the same – the customer is at the centre of everything we do.
