Having been established in 1999, Orjin Automotive continues its production and sales operations in its factory with a closed area of 15.000 m2 equipped with state of the art technology located in the city of Bursa- the heart of the automotive industry. With over 250 employees, Orjin manufactures and assembles over 7.000 different types of ball joints, tie rod ends, axial joints, stabilizer links and suspension arms for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Orjin Automotive, designs and manufactures on its own the molds of its suspension arm production and implements 15 new molds each year, all being manufactured using advanced technology CNC vertical machining centers and equipment. Prioritizing a quality approach and customer expectations, the company implements averagely new products each year. The bodies are processed in the latest generation CNC controlled turning lathes. Orjin Automotive, is certified under ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949 quality management systems and so, the products are precisely assembled in our assembly lines and further, are made ready for packing upon final control. In our assembly lines, we assemble ball joints, tie rod ends, axial joints, stabilizer links and suspension arms per week. Around 5.000 different types of products are ready for sales in Orjin Automotive’s warehouse and all products are traced under a barcode system.

Founded in 2017, NGS WOODWORKS is located in BURSA, which is Turkey's most important industrial city. All machine processes’s speed shows a high rate of increase compared to the standards. NGS 2 Axis CNC Wood Lathe Machine, Speed changing of double blades by automatically that eliminating the problem of changing blades by hand. The capacity to process more faster than the standards by way of the automatic operation of different blades in rough and detailed works. NGS 3 and 4 Axis CNC Wood Lathe Machine can perform pattern, writing, marking, mounting hole, auger pattern and many more operations, as well as all turning works. For NGS 3 Axis CNC Wood Lathe Machine by way of the special razor ball blade, it is capable of processing many types of furniture legs. For NGS 4 Axis CNC Wood Lathe Machine by way of the new axis provided by the automatic tool change Spindle motor. By way of Automatic Tool Change, it has the opportunity to use 5 different tools in the same process with fast passes. NGS 2137 CNC Machining Machine which is designed to produce fast solutions has robust body architecture and dust and chip resistant linear systems. Also, it is compatible with difficult working conditions. The cars are equipped with extra dust seals specially produced for the wood industry.
