O-ring FKM FPM VITON® FPM/FKM Viton® o-rings are often used in aerospace, automotive and other mechanical applications requiring maximum resistance to high temperatures and all kinds of chemicals, liquids and other media. This fluoroelastomer is used in many applications where O-rings must be resistant to high temperatures and chemicals. FKM / FPM / Viton ® is a fluorocarbon elastomer often used in the production of seals, and for o-rings it is the best solution for applications requiring maximum resistance to temperatures and many fluids, such as for use in the aviation, automotive, chemical industries. FKM / FPM / Viton ® has a high temperature range of -26°C to +205°/230°C (-15°F to +400°/440°F). For short periods, the temperature can rise even higher. It is known for its chemical compatibility, temperature range, low compression set and very good aging characteristics.

O-Ring NBR BUNA NITRILE NBR Buna Nitrile O-Rings: High Performance and Durable Rubber Solutions Techniparts Rubber is your manufacturer and trusted source for EPDM o-rings of all sizes. Nitrile butadiene rubber, especially NBR (Buna-N), is a highly desirable synthetic elastomer for o-rings and other seals. NBR Nitrile Rubber (Buna-N) Properties and Advantages: NBR stands out as an elastomer that is a combination of butadiene and acrylonitrile monomers. This material makes it highly resistant to water and chemicals. The superior physical properties of NBR include high tensile strength, low compression setting and excellent abrasion resistance. These properties make NBR an ideal solution for coating water and petroleum-based fuels. Applications of NBR O-rings: NBR o-rings are called nitrile o-rings or Buna-N o-rings and are widely used in automotive, aerospace, industrial tools and machinery.

O-ring EPDM An o-ring is a type of seal commonly used in static or dynamic applications where liquids or gases must be prevented from escaping. EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) is a type of synthetic rubber often used to make O-rings due to its excellent chemical and heat resistance. EPDM o-rings are commonly used in a variety of applications including automotive, plumbing and aerospace industry. They are resistant to a wide range of chemicals including acids, alkalis and alcohols and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 150°C. In addition, EPDM o-rings are known for their excellent electrical insulating properties and low compression set, which means they retain their original shape even after compression. In general, EPDM o-rings are a popular choice for many applications due to their durability, versatility, and environmental resistance. EPDM o-rings are short for ethylene, propylene, diene and monomer and are a group of synthetic rubbers or elastomers.

O-Ring HNBR HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber) is produced by the complete or partial hydrogenation of double bonds in nitrile butadiene rubber with hydrogen to single bonds. Compared with NBR o-rings, HNBR o-rings have better properties in terms of oil resistance, heat resistance and strength. It is more resistant to ozone and aggressive substances and can be operated from -40°С to +165°С (with peaks up to +190°С). Shore Hardness (Shore A) We can supply HNBR o-rings in different hardness: O-ring 40 Shore, 45 Shore, 50 Shore, 55 Shore, 60 Shore, 65 Shore, 70 Shore, 75 Shore, 80 Shore, 85 Shore , 90 Shore. HNBR o-ring colors (standard): black, green All other colors on request such as; , yellow, white, yellow, blue, purple. With manufacturing facilities in Bursa, we are able to produce O-rings in the shortest possible time and in the highest quality in accordance with ISO 3601/1 standards.

O-ring FEP-Encapsulated TECHNIPARTS Kauçuk is your producer and supplier for all EPDM O-rings in any size! FEP Encapsulated PTFE and FEP o-rings are comparable in material properties. The main difference between PTFE and FEP o-ring is mainly the maximum use temperature and color. PTFE is milky white while FEP is transparent. FEP o-ring is a slightly more cost effective polymer compared to PFA o-rings and has very similar properties to PTFE and PFA in terms of chemical resistance, non-stick and dielectric properties. FEP is completely unaffected by UV radiation and has a UV transmittance of over 97%, making FEP o-rings ideal for UV applications. Fluorinated ethylene propylene was discovered by the chemical company Dupont and sold under the brand name Teflon FEP. Other notable brands are Daikin’s Neoflon FEP and 3M’s Dyneon FEP.
