Reservoir Sampler - CH-RS

Reservoir samplers are fully enclosed 360° rotating sampling devices. Depending on application, the sampling device may include a single cutte, or multiple cutters. The cutter or cutters rotate at a constant and balanced speed in the falling material or slurry flow, collecting samples from the materials passing through the feed inlet on the machine. As the material passing through the cutter enters a separate sampling container, the material/slurry that does not enter the cutter flows directly downwards and continues within the main line. These sampling devices can be manufactured from carbon or stainless steel and can be coated with various coating materials depending on application requirements or customer demands. Optional special coating materials are also available for increased wear resistance.
