Our apple gardens are located in Isparta/Turkey near a natural lake Egirdir. That is why we have the advantage of natural lake which is making the apples more crancy, more juicy and more durable. There are three important points to export the apples worldwide as fresh as harvest day. 1> Before two weeks we harvest the apples we make Harvesta Spraying which is protecting the apples from harmful bugs. 2> After we harvest the apples, we store them in our atmospheric protected cold storage with 0 (zero) Degree and 25 mb-s air flowing. This operation makes the apples more juicy and crunchier. 3> And the most important detail is smart fresh. Our Smart fresh is American brand which prolongs the apples shelf life to Six Months. As it is known there are two types of smart fresh protection one of them is American, the other is Chinese. Chinese protection is cheap but does not provide perfect protection. We prefer American Protection to supply best apples to our customers.

Tree Characteristics: It is a spur variety whose trees grow poorly. It is a productive variety. Fruit Characteristics: Fruit shape is conical and skin color is red. It has creamy white fruit flesh. Its fruit weight is 190-200 gr. Its fruit is sweet, juicy, aromatic and perfectly delicious. It has a beautiful appearance. Its redness dominating its counterparts, its perfect attractiveness and hardness make it the top. Harvest: It is harvested in the first days of October. Pollinators: Golden Delicious.

Origin: Early Red One and Erovan Hybrid. Tree: Its trees are among the standard varieties. Develops vigorously. It is similar to Red Chief in development. Since it is close to standard varieties, it is more compatible with M9 Rootstock in dense plantings. Fruit: Fruit is medium in size, fruit color is intense red. Origin: It is the mutation of Red King Delicious obtained in America. Tree: Standard type and strong, very productive and fruitful early. Fruit: Homogeneous, dark red in color and can become very dark and dull in some environments. Pollinators: Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Fuji Harvest: 3-4th week of September.

Tree: Vigorous, Widespread Fruit: Medium-Large, Sweet, Juicy, Callous, Alluring Fruit Flesh: Cream Colored and Crisp Harvest: 1st Week of 4th September of August(125-135 Days) Shell Color: Red on Yellow Background Pollinators: Fuji, Granny Smith, Starking, Braeburn Other Features: It is one of the best varieties of mid-season. It can be used as a pollinator for many varieties.

Week (165-175 Days) Shell Color: Dull Reddish Port colored on Yellow Background Pollinators: Golden-Red Delicious, Gala Group, Granny Smith Other Features: It is a variety with high commercial value and good storage resistance.

Tree: Weak, Semi Upright Fruit: Medium-Large, Large, Sweet, Juicy, Fruit Flesh: Cream Colored and Crisp Harvest: 4th of September – 1st Week of October (145-155 Days) Shell Color: Dark Red, Claret Red Pollinators: Granny Smith, Gala, Fuji Other Features: The most important feature of this variety, which has high commercial value, is its early coloring.

It produces well-colored fruits.

Fruit: Medium-Large, Sweet, Juicy and high eating quality Fruit Flesh: Light yellow and crispy Harvest: 4th of September, 1st Week of October (145-155 Days) Shell Color: Yellow-Green Pollinators: Starking Delicious, Starkrimson Delicious, Red Chief, Scarlet Spur, Jonathan, Jerseymac, Prima Other Characteristics: Although it is an old variety, it is still quite common. It is a good pollinator.
