INS MP30 - MİNİPLENT 30 MOBİL BETON SANTRALİ INS MAKINA Beton santralleri tarafından yeni geliştirilen MP 30 Miniplent Mobil beton santrali beton ihtiyacının az olduğu bölge ve projeler için özel olarak tasarlandı. MP 30 Miniplent Mobil beton santrali ile uluslararası standartlarda yüksek kaliteli beton üretimi mümkündür. Ürünümüz araç arkasında çekilerek, 40' OT konteyner içinde veya kamyon kasası içerisinde sevk edilebilmektedir. Şantiyede vinç olmadan kısa sürede kurulum ile kaliteli beton alınabilmektedir. İhtiyaç durumunda kısa sürede yer değiştirilebilen ve temel betona ihtiyaç duymayan MP 30 Mobil miniplent beton santrali beton ihtiyacı olan dar alan ve bölgelerde çözüm üretmektedir. Beton üretimi için ruhsat veya izin gerektirmez. Az beton ihtiyacı olan bölgelerde veya ufak projelerde beton ihtiyacını karşılayabilmektedir. Taşra projelerinde daha yüksek maliyetli beton santrali kurulumuna gerek olmadan beton ihtiyacını karşılar. 0,5 m³ PAN veya PLANET mikserli üretilmektedir.

Mixers of the system is located in high thats why motrar is conveyed to different stations by aerial line with bucket. Aerial line will be designed proportional to station locations and amounts. This model is designed for interlock paverstone production and works with double mixer. Weighs aggregate, cement, water and other materials seperately and automatic then makes ready mix concrete. Mixture receipts can be inserted from touchscreen panel by operator. This receipts can be saved and used later for other mixtures. Mixer types can be different according to customers requirement: single shaft, twin shaft, pano r planetary mixer. This model is designed for double layer paverstone production thats why there exist 2 different mixers. Each layers material mixed in different mixer and smooth and nice surface acquired. One or two cement silos with bolted or welded design can be used in system.
