Makine toz şekeri bunkerden otomatik olarak alır ve toz şeker helezon vasıtası ile üst bunkere taşınır. Toz şeker üst bunkerden otomatik olarak mikser karıştırıcıya aktarılır. Mikser içerisindeki toz şeker elektronik debi ayarlı özel su pompası vasıtasıyla homojen karışım sağlanarak kalıp üst haznesine otomatik olarak aktarılır. Kalıplara dolan şekere volumetrik olarak gramaj ayarı yapılır. Toz şeker pres kamı ve pres plakası arasında sıkıştırılarak (istenilen sertlikte) presleme işlemi gerçekleşir. Gramajı ayarlanan şekerin fazlası sıyırıcı plaka ile alınır. Preslenen şeker çelik tel konveyör üzerine bırakılır. Küp şekerler bantın üzerine bırakıldıktan sonra kalıplar fırça tası ve fırça vasıtası ile otomatik temizlenir. Küp şekerler invertör kontrollü krom bant üzerinden II. grup PID kontrollü kurutma tünellerine sevk edilir. Küp şekerler kurutma tünelleri sayesinde kurutulur, kuruyan şekerler soğutma ünitesinde soğutulur ve bitmiş ürün olarak ambalajlanmaya hazır hale gelir.
