Kalıplama, Enjeksiyon Kalıplama ve Katkı Maddeli Üretim

Guss (Spritzguss) is a manufacturing process in which material is melted and poured into molds to produce complex components. Injection molding is a forming process where material is first heated and then brought into a desired shape using molding tools (molds). Additive manufacturing (also known as 3D printing) is an innovative manufacturing process that creates components based on a 3D CAD file. Typically, this manufacturing is done layer by layer, by producing multiple levels of the component successively. These processes are used in industries such as electronics manufacturing, automotive industry, medical technology, prototyping, and metal processing to produce precisely shaped components. The processes are used to manufacture housings of electronic devices, medical instruments, or custom components. By using these processes, it is possible to manufacture custom functional end products that meet various requirements. The products of this industry enable the production of complex and precise parts that are very dimensionally stable, heat resistant, and strong for further applications. The finished end products can be tailored very precisely to customer requirements and can thus be used for various purposes.
