We have a 3-axis vertical machining center with a processing table size of 600x1200 in our company. As per our policy, our company's primary goal is not just to process parts. Our main objective is to accurately assess and evaluate the parts received from our partners using the right tools, processes, and cam processing techniques, ensuring that we meet our partners' requirements within the desired tolerances. In line with this mission, we shape our investments accordingly. We progress step by step in terms of technology and machining processes. First, we invested in the right machine, followed by a hydraulic press for precise part processing. Recognizing the importance of time in life, we have also decided to use SolidCAM iMachining in the cam field. Through the right approach, cutting speeds, and feed rates, we reduce the processing time of our parts without compromising accuracy. To perform hole threading operations on our parts, we have a drilling machine, and most importantly, we have added a servo motor-guided thread cutting machine to our facilities to minimize the risk of guide breakage during external pulling. We continuously monitor the quality of our parts by using digital measuring instruments to ensure precise measurements. Of course, as we are always open to improvement, our future investment plans also include CMM measurement devices, which we expect to join our family soon. Alongside these machines, we also have a manual lathe, Sn-50 type,

It has a 70 m tonnes annual capacity.The second farm was founded in1986 at Koycegiz adn started production in 1989. It was planned as a maximum sized integrated establisment. Together with an up-to-date fish processing plant in operates entirely within European norms. Our third farm at Bozdogan-Kemer was founded in1999. Now BAGCI BALIK has a total production capacity of 3000 m tonnes per year.As well as investing in fish farming and fish processing, BAGCI BALIK produces energy, fish feed and organic fertilizers.
