Maras Biberleri, Kahramanmaraş bölgesine (TÜRKİYE) ait tescilli biber tohumlarıdır ve bu tohumlar için en uygun iklim koşullarına sahip olan Maras'ta yetiştirilip kurutulmaktadır. Uygun miktarda tuz ve yağ eklenerek yapılan biberlere Maras biberi denir.
